Ingredients:
- Spaghetti, 1 packet
- Oil, 1/2 cup
- Salt, to taste
- Cheese, 1/2 cup
- Cumin Seeds, 1 tbsp
- Mace, 1 tbsp
- Chilli Powder, 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander seeds, 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder, 1 tbsp
- Cooking butter, 1 tbsp
- White Flour, 2-3 tbsp
- Chicken Stock, 1 cup
Directions:
- For Spices: Roast Cumin seeds, mace, red chilli powder, coriander seeds and black pepper in a pan and roast.
- For Sauce: Add white flour, butter and salt to a pan and roast. Now add to it, chicken stock and cook for 5 five minutes. Remove from stove.
- For Pasta: Boil the spaghetti and leave it to cool.
- Add the spaghetti, spices and sauce to a pan and mix thoroughly. Now add cheese and bake for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve your Italian Pasta with coriander leaves garnishing.
