Chicken Spaghetti With Spicy Mango Sauce

Ingredients:

• Spaghetti, 1/2 packet
• Chicken Breasts, 2
• Mango, 1
• Red Capsicum, 1
• Green Chillies, 4 (Chopped)
• Garlic Cloves, 3
• Parsley, 1/4 bunch
• White Flour, 1/4 cup
• Black Pepper, 1 tbsp (Crushed)
• Black Pepper Powder, 1 tbsp
• Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tbsp
• Oil, 6 tbsp
• Salt, to taste

Directions:

1. Add black pepper , salt, 1 tbsp oil and Worcestershire sauce to a bowl and make a paste. Cover your chicken with the paste and leave it to marinate.
2. After about 5 minutes, coat the marinated chicken with white flour.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken.
4. In another pan, lightly cook garlic until it changes colour to golden brown.
5. Now add to it, capsicum, green chillies, parsley, and half mango and mix thoroughly.
6. Add to it, boiled spaghetti and crushed black pepper.
7. Cook everything for 4-5 minutes.
8. Chicken spaghetti with spicy mango sauce is ready to serve.
