Baked Prawn Spaghetti

Baked Prawn Spaghetti is one of those pasta recipes which I personally love. Baked Prawn Spaghetti is a great combination which you can't miss. It has the great taste of prawns, with the versatility of cheese and a tinge of lemon and vinegar. A treat for all your family members.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Serving: 4-5 Persons

Ingredients

  • Prawns, 300 gm
  • Garlic, 2 cloves (chopped)
  • Tomatoes, 3 (Cut and Boiled)
  • Parsley, 1/2 Bundle
  • Cheese, 1/2 cup
  • Spaghetti 1/2 packet
  • Black Pepper, 1/2 tbsp
  • Vinegar, 2 tbsp
  • Oil, 3 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice, 3 tbsp
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Boil the spaghetti and leave it to cool.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook chopped garlic until it becomes light brown.
  3. Now add to it, cut and boiled tomatoes, parsley, and lemon juice.
  4. Also add salt, black pepper and cook until it thickens.
  5. Take another pan and shallow fry the prawns until they change colour to pink.
  6. After about 6-7 minutes, check the tomato sauce and add the prawns and boiled spaghetti to it if it has thickened. Mix thoroughly and remove from stove.
  7. Wrap the prawns and spaghetti in aluminium foil. Also add a little cheese and bake.
  8. Bake it for 4-5 minutes on 200 degrees centigrade temperature.
  9. Your delicious baked Prawn Spaghetti is ready.
