Chicken And Pasta in Red Sauce

Chicken and pasta in red sauce
Chicken and Pasta in red sauce is a special dish because of its taste and texture. Cream makes chicken and pasta in red sauce a unique recipe. When served with garlic bread, this dish serves as a delicious treat for every family member.

Serving: Serves 4 Persons


Ingredients:

  • Chicken, 500 gm (Sliced)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Red Chilli, 1/2 tbsp (Crushed)
  • Black Pepper, 1/2 tbsp (Crushed)
  • Garlic Paste, 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil, 1/4 cup
  • Garlic, 2 tbsp (Chopped)
  • Tomatoes, 2 tbsp (Blended)
  • Pasta, 3 cup (Boiled)
  • Oregano, 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum, 1 (Finely Sliced)
  • Tomato, 1 (Sliced)
  • Onion, 1 (Chopped)
  • Cream, 3 tbsp

Directions:

  1. Cover your sliced chicken with salt, red chilli, black pepper and garlic paste and leave it to marinate.
  2. Heat oil in pan and cook chopped garlic until it becomes light brown.
  3. Now add to it, marinated chicken.
  4. Cook until chicken is completely cooked.
  5. Add to it, blended tomatoes, boiled pasta, oregano, sliced capsicum,  sliced tomatoes, chopped onions, salt and cream and mix thoroughly.
  6. Serve with garlic bread.
