Spicy Baked Italian Pasta Salad

Baked Italian pasta salad
Baked Italian Pasta is a wonderful party food. Serve it as a starter or with the salad to open your family and guests' appetite.



Preparation Time: 10 min
Cooking Time: 25 min
Serving: Serves 3-4 persons

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti, 1 packet
  • Oil, 1/2 cup
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cheese, 1/2 cup
  • Cumin Seeds, 1 tbsp
  • Mace, 1 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder, 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds, 2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder, 1 tbsp
  • Cooking butter, 1 tbsp
  • White Flour, 2-3 tbsp
  • Chicken Stock, 1 cup

Directions:

  1. For Spices: Roast Cumin seeds, mace, red chilli powder, coriander seeds and black pepper in a pan and roast.
  2. For Sauce: Add white flour, butter and salt to a pan and roast. Now add to it, chicken stock and cook for 5 five minutes. Remove from stove.
  3. For Pasta: Boil the spaghetti and leave it to cool.
  4. Add the spaghetti, spices and sauce to a pan and mix thoroughly. Now add cheese and bake for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve your Italian Pasta with coriander leaves garnishing.
