Spaghetti With Olive And Shrimps

Spaghetti with olive and shrimps is a delicious recipe that is very easy to prepare. Its great taste makes it family favourite. Great for small friends and family gatherings and can also be served as a side dish.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serving: 4-5 persons

Ingredients:

  • Shrimps, 500 gm
  • Spaghetti, 1 packet
  • Black Olives, 1 cup
  • Cheese, 1 cup
  • Tomatoes, 6
  • Onions, 1 (chopped)
  • Coriander Leaves, 1 bundle
  • Garlic, 6-8 cloves (chopped)
  • Coriander seeds, 4 tbsp
  • Red Chilli, 1/2 tbsp
  • Oregano, 1/2 tbsp
  • Thyme, 1/2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper, 1 tbsp
  • Salt, to taste
  • Olive Oil

Directions:


  1. Firstly, boil the spaghetti for 8-10 minutes. Add salt and oil to it and leave it to cool.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and roast garlic and onion until they become light brown.
  3. Now add the shrimps to it and cook on high flame until the shrimps become pink.
  4. Add to it, olives, oregano, thyme, coriander seeds, tomato and spaghetti and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Add coriander leaves and cheese and cook for a few minutes on high flame.
  6. Remove from stove and serve hot.
