Ingredients

• Pasta 250 gm

For Meatballs

• Beef or Mutton Mince 500 gm
• Onion 1 (chopped)
• Eggs 2
• Bread Crumbs 4 tbsp
• Parsley 4 tbsp (chopped)
• Nutmeg 1/2 tbsp\
• Salt to taste

For Tomato Sauce

• Oil 1 tsbp
• Onion 1 (chopped)
• Tomato Paste 6 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Directions

• Boil the pasta and leave it to cool.

For Meatballs

• Take the mince in a bowl and add onion, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley and nutmeg to it.
• Mix everything thoroughly.
• Marinate for about an hour.
• Make medium sized balls and fry in a frying pan until they become golden.

For Sauce

• Heat oil in a pot and add the chopped onion.
• Cook until golden brown and then add the tomato paste and 1/2 cup water.
• Cook until the sauce becomes thick.
• Add the meat balls to the sauce and cook for a few minutes.
• Add the meat balls and sauce to the pasta.
• Garnish with coriander and serve.
