Ingredients:
- Shrimps, 500 gm
- Spaghetti, 1 packet
- Black Olives, 1 cup
- Cheese, 1 cup
- Tomatoes, 6
- Onions, 1 (chopped)
- Coriander Leaves, 1 bundle
- Garlic, 6-8 cloves (chopped)
- Coriander seeds, 4 tbsp
- Red Chilli, 1/2 tbsp
- Oregano, 1/2 tbsp
- Thyme, 1/2 tbsp
- Black Pepper, 1 tbsp
- Salt, to taste
- Olive Oil
Directions:
- Firstly, boil the spaghetti for 8-10 minutes. Add salt and oil to it and leave it to cool.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and roast garlic and onion until they become light brown.
- Now add the shrimps to it and cook on high flame until the shrimps become pink.
- Add to it, olives, oregano, thyme, coriander seeds, tomato and spaghetti and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Add coriander leaves and cheese and cook for a few minutes on high flame.
- Remove from stove and serve hot.
