Chilli Garlic Noodles

Chilli and Garlic Noodles is a wonderful as a quick meal. It is really easy to prepare and cook and is liked by children and adults alike. Its spices and lemony tinge, make it a treat for your taste buds. Overall, a super healthy and tasty meal.



Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serving: 4 Persons

Ingredients

  • Noodles, 500 gm
  • Lemons, 2
  • Green Chillies, 4
  • Garlic, 2 cloves (chopped)
  • Carrot, 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Green onion, 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Cabbage, 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Red Chilli, 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Oil, 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Boil the noodles and leave them to cool.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook garlic until it becomes brown.
  3. Add to it carrots, cabbage and onion and cook for few minutes.
  4. Now add salt, red chilli, green chillies, soy sauce and noodles.
  5. Mix thoroughly and add lemon juice.
  6. Remove from stove and present with green onion garnishing.
